For troubles, before contacting us, consult your manual or have a look at the trouble shooting page 
For an error message using Hotel Manager, insert in the subject of your e-mail the word "error". Tell us if you installed Hotel Manager by default or if you moved the data to a server. Try to notice the last message that appeared in the lower left corner of the application before the error occurred. Does the error always occur? Every PC encounter the same problem?...  Tell us the circumstances. 
For a problem without an error message do as above but insert the word "problem" in the subject. 
If it is urgent  insert in the subject of your e-mail the word "urgent" 

 
For a "How can we ..." question without answer in the manual, insert the word "how" in the subject. 
For suggestions insert the word "suggestion" in the subject. If a missing feature interest many user we could introduce it. 
Tell us also if something is to difficult to do or understand for a new secretary. One of our goal is to make a software easy to use. Many things that appear clear to us maybe are not evident for someone used to work in a different way. 
For a closer support (on site, through Internet or Modem) with fast intervention, a personal solution has to be discussed case by case, with preference before a problem occur. 

If there is some interest among user, we could organize stages in hotels who worked with Hotel Manager since 2 years or send a member of TucSoft to your hotel.
